Job Description:
BASIC?????? FUNCTION
- Coordinates and/or administers various human resource?????? functions such as recruitment and selection, employee relations, training?????? and
development, safety,?????? EEO/AA planning as well as various research and/or?????? projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and administer the?????? recruitment and selection system within the division in a timely and cost?????? effective manner and ensure regulatory
compliance.
- Assist in the?????? development, interpretation and administration of company policies and?????? guidelines and will advise and counsel others in equitable
application.
- Maintain?????? constant and effective involvement in employee relations activities taking?????? a leadership role as appropriate.
- Coordinate for and/or assist in the?????? training of both exempt and non-exempt employees.
- Assist in the?????? compilation and/or preparation of confidential reports, statistics, graphs?????? and/or files for the Human Resource function.
- Coordinate and/or?????? administer various employment related systems within the division (e.g.?????? unemployment compensation response, EEO/AA,
job description analysis,?????? etc.).
- Plan, evaluate, research and/or recommend systemic and/or?????? process improvements for the Human Resource function.
- Submit periodic?????? reports on assigned topics to supervisor.
- Maintain effective safety?????? and health awareness through program activity and training.
-?????? Continually develop positive employee relations climate focusing on high?????? commitment, teamwork, and effective communication (includes
serving as editor for the Employee?????? Newsletter).
- Promote organization?s individual and corporate?????? responsibilities through high impact community programs (e.g. United Way?????? Campaign).
- Utilizes the following equipment: telephone, typewriter,?????? calculator, computer and related software, photocopier, fax machine.
-?????? Employee has the necessary authority to execute above mentioned job?????? responsibilities, and will have authority to carry out specific
responsibilities defined by?????? quality system documents. Employee has authority to recommend and initiate?????? preventative and correction action
with regard to product?????? nonconformances and quality system?????? activities

Qualifications/Work Experience: SKILLS/EXPERIENCE?????? REQUIRED

Education and/or Special Training:?????? EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED
- 2 years related experience as a human?????? resource generalist.
- Bachelor?s degree in a related discipline;?????? preferably in business with an emphasis on human resource management.
-?????? MA or MBA desired.
