China Accuses Japan Of Using Radar Case To Hype Crisis In Ties

BEIJING (Kyodo)--China accused Japan on Thursday of "hyping crisis" in bilateral relations following Tokyo's announcement Tuesday that a Chinese navy ship locked weapons-targeting radar on a Japanese destroyer in the East China Sea in late January.
