We love to give you tips on shopping for yourself. We?ve asked Georgina Horne from fullerfigurefullerbust questions about shopping tips for the full-bust women.

1. Can you explain ways that would help women find products that would really suit their size? How do you find products online?

Georgina: Being a blogger myself I of course adore blogs. Blogging is becoming such a wide spread internet activity. You can pretty much find a blog about anything these days ? and lingerie blogs can be found by the thousand. So if you are prepared to trawl and explore then you can almost certainly come across a blog to suit your needs and taste and will maybe show underwear on a girl who is similar to yourself, thus giving you a realistic idea of what could suit. Models are great but everything looks amazing on them and it is not a true representation of what something could look like on you. Experiment, mix it up, try new things ? shopping online and returning or exchanging items has never been easier. You have to be realistic about your size and shape and what you can wear ? for example, I have learned the hard way that longline bras do not suit me and that balconette bras really do. We can?t all have everything so enjoy those pieces that make you look incredible and do not be disheartened when something doesn?t suit.

Find a bra style that suits you, one that fits your body properly and you are comfortable wearing.

2. Do you recommend that if they are unsure of a product and how it may fit that they contact customer service to get the advice they need?

Georgina: Yes and no. Not all stores are the same but of course a lot will want to make a sale and/or have limited bra knowledge. There are a lot of trustworthy online forums that are quick to give advice and tips and will have no possible ulterior motive. Some stores will be great at helping you but it?s always worth getting a few opinions when you are confused and unsure.

3. Do you have advice for women looking for sports bras for a fuller bust?

Georgina: Do not settle for something that is simply in your size. It is certainly true that more awkward sizes have limited options when it comes to sports bras, but that doesn?t mean that you should take whatever you can get. Really put the bra though it?s paces, jump, jog, stretch, curl up, check it doesn?t pinch or restrict or have you overflowing. Well fitting sports bras are vital for women of any size and shape, don?t compromise.

4. Do you have advice for women or mothers of young women that could help them with shopping for a fuller bust? Or other advice that you think they should know?

Georgina: Do not ever feel that you are to blame for any potential uncomfortableness in the bra. Be 100 percent happy with the fit or keep trying. Having a hard to find bra size is not easy but do not give up in your quest to find ?The One?

Don't settle on a bra that is of poor quality and does not fit you properly. You deserve to feel comfort and be satisfied with your bra.

Georgina: Check out the returns policy, just in case. Read the reviews. Read the blogs. Ask questions. Do your homework. The internet holds such a wealth of information, take advantage of that, especially when it comes to your body and health.
